My necklace ‘From the Heart’ for the Heart Foundation launched at the first Women with Heart luncheon today!

Held at View by Sydney in Walsh Bay with Natarsha Belling as MC I designed and gifted a sterling silver necklace to the 80 guests who attended the lunch in the hope of starting an important conversation on womens heart health.

Thank you to cardiothoracic surgeon Dr Nikki Stamp, Women and Heart Disease Project Manager Angela Hehir and the extremely brave and inspiring Miranda Hill for sharing their professional knowledge, advice and personal stories with us all. A huge thank you also goes out to the team at the Heart Foundation for their hard work, enthusiasm and ongoing support in the lead up to the event! I could not have done it without them. Volunteering at the Heart Foundation over the past five months has been such a heartwarming and rewarding experience. A very special thank you also goes out to Alfio of Bon Journo Media for filming my story which was showed at the lunch.

Finally, thank you to my family and friends for always being there for me.

For those who would like to purchase my necklace, it is available to buy online or at Courtesy of the Artist in the Strand Arcade, with a percentage of sales donated to the Heart Foundation’s Women and Heart Disease campaign.

For those who would like to find out more, you can read my story here.
