This necklace uses green chrysoprase from Queensland to represent sea grapes and bubble seaweed, a warm-coloured South Australian opal that references the oranges and yellows of lichen clinging onto rocks. Then there is an Australian sapphire, which reflects the array of colours found in these native seweeds both underwater and on the shore.”
