All pieces are packed in a custom Marina Antoniou kraft jewellery box. Gift wrapping is also available – just let Marina know when placing your order if you would like your piece wrapped when ready to be delivered.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with delivery details and your individual tracking number.

UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, please note that Australia Post is experiencing delivery delays. Please allow more time than usual for your item/s to arrive.

Shipping via express post within Australia can take one (1) to five (5) business days. Please note this does not allow for production time.

In the current COVID-19 environment, international shipping is unpredictable and it can take anywhere from seven (7) to thirty (30) days for your item/s to arrive, depending on your location and delays due to COVID-19.

The cost of international shipping is usually $40 per order, however large orders may incur additional fees. All orders are sent via Australia Post. Shipping insurance via Australia Post is available at an additional cost to customers.

Currently, production time for bespoke pieces is approximately 6 weeks. Please contact Marina for any urgent requests or other enquiries at info@marinaantoniou.com.

How long will it take for my piece to be made?2020-12-03T21:49:50+11:00

All Marina Antoniou pieces (except “ready to ship” items) are made to order and production times vary for different collections and unique items. Pieces available via the online store can take from three (3) to fourteen (14) full business days to produce. Please refer to notes next to specific items in the online shop for more information about production times.

RETURNS POLICY

Can I return my custom order?2020-12-03T21:51:06+11:00

Due to the customised nature of bespoke pieces they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Any alterations required upon completion of the order are at the expense of the customer. Ring-sizing and cleaning for custom pieces is always free of charge.

Can I return my online order?2020-12-03T21:52:38+11:00

Please choose carefully as Marina Antoniou does not offer refunds for incorrect piece selection or if you change your mind. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may exchange it for another item or credit note within seven (7) days of purchase. Customers will be required to pay for return postage.
