Almost all the time, I Marina stones directly from individual or small, family-run mines and miners, cutters, merchants and fossickers from some of Australia’s historic mining towns.
Australian sapphires are sourced from where they are found in QLD and NSW, towns such as Rubyvale, Inverell, Lava Plains and Sapphire. Opals come from Andamooka, Winton, Quilpie and Lightning Ridge, chrysoprase from Malborough and small diamonds— white, pink and cognac— from Argyle in Western Australia. Then there is the Australian turquoise, extremely rare, originating from the only commercial Turquoise mine in Australia, which ceased operating in the 1970s. It is untreated, solid, natural, and unlike anything else on the market.

SHIPPING
All pieces are packed in a custom Marina Antoniou kraft jewellery box. Gift wrapping is also available – just let Marina know when placing your order if you would like your piece wrapped when ready to be delivered.
Shipping is from Marina’s studio in Sydney, Australia.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with delivery details and your individual tracking number.
Shipping via express post within Australia can take one (1) to five (5) business days. Please note this does not allow for production time.
International shipping is unpredictable and it can take anywhere from seven (7) to thirty (30) days for your item/s to arrive, depending on your location and delays.
The cost of international shipping is usually $40 per order, however large orders may incur additional fees. All orders are sent via Australia Post. Shipping insurance via Australia Post is available at an additional cost to customers.

PRODUCTION TIMES
All ready to ship items are packed and shipped within 3 business days from the day the order was placed. For urgent deliveries, please contact Marina on info@marinaantoniou.com.
Currently, production time for bespoke pieces is approximately 8-10 weeks. Please contact Marina for any urgent requests or other enquiries at info@marinaantoniou.com.
All Marina Antoniou pieces (except “ready to ship” items which are in stock and ready to be shipped) are made to order and production times vary for different collections and unique items. Pieces available via the online store (except for Bespoke, Wedding + Engagement pieces) can take from three (3) to fourteen (21) full business days to produce. Please contact Marina on info@marinaantoniou.com for specific production times on the piece/s you are interested in purchasing.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the customised nature of bespoke pieces they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Any alterations required upon completion of the order are at the expense of the customer. Ring-sizing and cleaning for custom pieces is always free of charge.
Refunds
Please choose carefully as Marina Antoniou does not offer refunds for incorrect piece selection or if you change your mind.
Exchanges
For all Ready to Ship pieces, you may exchange it for another item or credit note within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Please contact me at info@marinaantoniou.com if you would like to exchange your item.
